Frequently Asked Questions

To add a new FAQ, please do the following:

1. Click "Manage FAQ"

2. From the page dashboard, click "Add New" and then select "Question and Answer"

3. Each new question and answer should be categorized

4. Save and publish

You can always edit the frequently asked questions, rearrange them and select different categories.

Yes. To add media, please do the following:

1. Go to Application Settings

2. Click Manage FAQ

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to

4. When editing a reply, click the video, picture or GIF icon

5. Add media from the library and save.

You can edit the title in the Application Settings. If you don't want the title to be displayed, just turn the title off in the "Info to Display" area.
